Our founding firm (J.J. Jerome Associates, Inc.) is now in its 80th year and third generation. Jerry J. Jerome Jr., our CEO has been involved for 56 of the 80 years. Jerry's son, Jim, is in his 15th year with the firm. Richard Gates, EAI's upstate coordinator, has been with EAI/JJJerome for 25 years. EAI specializes in proprietary group insurance benefit administration (TPA) for medical and dental societies.

We have represented the Nassau and Suffolk Medical Societies continuously for 63 years. We presently administer programs for The Medical Society of the State of New York, New York State Ophthalmology Society, American Academy of Pediatrics - New York Chapters, New York State Academy of General Dentistry, In addition, EAI is endorsed by numerous New York State Dental Societies.  All New York dental members are eligible.

EAI's proprietary group insurance programs consist of medical, disability, business overhead, life insurance, among others.
